Unfortunately, not all tech problems have a solution, but with our Assessment Service, you'll have a clear understanding of the situation. Armed with this knowledge, you can make informed decisions about your next steps, whether it's opting for repairs, upgrading your system, or considering a replacement. Cancellation Policy

First Choice PC Fix Online Repair Booking Policy Booking Confirmation Upon booking a repair service online, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment. Customer Responsibility Customers are responsible for backing up all personal data before dropping off their devices for repair. First Choice PC Fix is not liable for any data loss that may occur during the repair process. Description of Condition Customers must provide an accurate description of their device's condition and any pre-existing issues. This includes both physical appearance and functional problems. Repair Authorization No repairs will begin without the customer’s approval. An estimate of the cost and time required for the repair will be provided, and customer consent must be obtained before any work commences. Payment Terms A deposit may be required when booking the repair service online, which will be deducted from the total cost of repairs. Full payment is due upon collection of the repaired device. Cancellation and Rescheduling To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. Onsite Repairs If onsite repairs are required and cannot be completed within the agreed timeframe, the device may need to be transported to our office for further work. The length of time for repairs will be mutually agreed upon based on the repair needed. Collection and Storage Customers will be notified when the repair is complete. Devices not collected within 30 days of notification may incur storage fees. Devices left unclaimed for more than 60 days may be subject to disposal. Warranty on Repairs All repairs are guaranteed for 30 days from the date of collection. This warranty covers the specific repairs conducted and does not include any new issues that arise after the repair. Liability Limitation First Choice PC Fix is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided. Communication Customers will be kept informed of repair progress via their preferred method of contact (phone, email, or SMS). Amendments First Choice PC Fix reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes.
